Soraya Rodríguez, MEP from Renew Europe group, defends the EU’s unified response to the pandemic, denies that it has been a failure and advocates establishing vaccine production at European level. Rodriguez says that part of the European response to the pandemic goes through the vaccination certificate, since it is not mandatory or a condition to travel, but can improve mobility already since it will avoid PCR tests or lockdowns.
